Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy applicable to a purchase. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Description of Service

This service provides prompt- and image-based AI editing. Any welcome-credit offer follows the current policy shown on the site and is limited to one grant per verified account for life. New anonymous devices receive no credits. Existing balances remain usable within the applicable feature limits. Signed-in users can use accounts, credits, task history, and enabled paid features. Available models, resolutions, credit costs, plans, and payment methods are those displayed at the time of use or purchase.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, provider failure, budget protection, legal requirements, or product changes.

Accounts and Anonymous Use

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You must not share, sell, or steal accounts or bypass anonymous quotas, credits, safety checks, or access restrictions by changing device identifiers or IP addresses, creating multiple accounts, automating registrations, or using other evasive methods.

You are responsible for activity initiated through your account and device. Contact Customer Support promptly if you discover unauthorized use.

User Content and Required Rights

You retain rights in content and prompts that you lawfully own. To perform editing, safety review, delivery, and technical support, you grant us and necessary third-party providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to transmit, process, temporarily store, and display that content.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload, edit, and use an image. Model output can be inaccurate, unusable, or similar to third-party material. You must review it and must not treat it as professional advice or a guarantee of rights.

Acceptable Use and the NSFW Prohibition

The service expressly prohibits generating or processing pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish material, or other NSFW content. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualized deepfakes are prohibited. Any sexualized content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or sexual exploitation is absolutely prohibited.

Illegal activity, fraud, hate, harassment, severe violence, self-harm, impersonation, privacy or intellectual-property violations, moderation evasion, and attacks on the service are also prohibited. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the complete rules and enforcement measures.

We may check prompts, inputs, and outputs and reject requests. Automated moderation can make mistakes; passing a check does not mean that content is lawful or endorsed by us.

Image Processing and Retention

Images and prompts are sent to configured third-party AI and content-safety providers for generation and review. Anonymous editing does not create an account task record, but anti-abuse, quota, and safety metadata is retained by the site. Signed-in task records may retain the prompt, model, status, provider task identifier, and result link.

Removing an item from recent tasks only soft-deletes or hides the site record. It does not synchronously delete inputs or results retained by a provider. We currently make no promise of a single automatic permanent-deletion period. Download needed results promptly and review the Privacy Policy for details.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

The plan and checkout shown before purchase control the price, currency, taxes, credit quantity, validity, and billing interval. Credits are not cash, deposits, or transferable property and cannot be redeemed for cash except through an approved refund or where required by law.

A subscription renews for its selected interval until you cancel it under Settings → Subscriptions or the payment provider ends it. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment or guarantee a prorated refund. An automatic return following a failed generation returns site credits, not cash.

See the Refund Policy for eligibility, request deadlines, entitlement reversal after a partial refund, and processing. When Creem processes a payment, Creem is the Merchant of Record and the purchase is also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict anonymous use, suspend an account, revoke paid access, or terminate service when you violate these terms, a refund or chargeback occurs, user or service safety is at risk, or law requires action. A refund or chargeback may trigger credit revocation and manual ledger review.

You may stop using the service. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact Customer Support. Accounting, security, anti-fraud, and dispute records may remain where legally or operationally required.

Third-Party Services

AI, moderation, payment, hosting, storage, email, analytics, and support can be provided by third parties. Their availability, processing, and retention are governed by their terms. We do not guarantee continuous third-party availability or make promises about their independent conduct beyond applicable law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that output is accurate, unique, fit for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated through the updated date or an in-service notice. Continued use after the effective update means that you accept the revised terms.
