Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: 2026-09-21
Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
- Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
- Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
- Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- AI Editing Content — Images you upload, prompts you enter, edited results, task status, and provider-hosted result links.
- Support Content — Ticket subjects, messages, attachments, order or task identifiers, and support replies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Send images and prompts to configured AI image processing and content-safety providers for processing and review.
- Process transactions and send related confirmations.
- Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or transmit data only in these limited cases:
- With AI image processing and content-safety providers, to the extent needed to perform an edit and safety checks.
- With hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, or customer-support providers as needed to operate those services.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
Images, Prompts, and Edited Results
We do not promise that images are "immediately and permanently deleted" when processing finishes. Images and prompts are transmitted to the third-party AI image processing and content-safety providers configured for the service. Those providers may temporarily retain inputs or outputs under their own terms and retention policies.
Anonymous editing does not create an account task record, but anonymous device identifiers, IP hashes, credit usage, and request-security records are used for abuse prevention and quota enforcement. Signed-in task records may store prompts, processing status, provider task identifiers, and result links so Recent Tasks and asynchronous result recovery can work. Removing a recent task hides or soft-deletes the site record; it does not automatically instruct a third-party provider to delete an image it hosts.
We do not use your images or prompts to train a model of our own. A third-party provider's use and retention of data is governed by its terms, privacy policy, and the provider configuration used for your request. Download any result you want to keep promptly after generation.
Retention
The current system does not apply one automatic permanent-deletion period to every category of data:
- Signed-in task records remain in Recent Tasks. Removing a task performs a soft deletion; records, result links, and backups may remain until later cleanup, dispute resolution, or required retention is complete.
- Anonymous device, IP-hash, quota, safety, and anti-abuse records remain as needed to enforce limits, prevent fraud, audit activity, and protect the service. Deleting a browser cookie does not delete those server records.
- Orders, subscriptions, credit ledgers, refunds, and chargebacks remain as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
- Support tickets and attachments remain as needed to handle requests, track replies, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
- Third-party AI, moderation, payment, hosting, or support providers determine retention of their copies and logs under their own policies.
You can request deletion of your account or identifiable personal data through the support channels below. We will address data under our control, but cannot promise synchronous deletion of data that a third party must retain by law or under its policy.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, and may object to or restrict some processing where applicable law provides that right. Some account details can be changed in Settings; submit other requests through support. Data required for law, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or disputes may not be deleted immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
