Acceptable Use Policy
Content and conduct prohibited when using this AI image-editing service.
Last updated: 2026-09-21
Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to this service's anonymous editing, signed-in accounts, image uploads, prompts, edited results, downloads, APIs, and support features. By using the service, you agree to this policy and the Terms of Service.
NSFW and Sexual Content Are Prohibited
You must not use the service to upload, edit, generate, attempt to generate, or distribute:
- pornography, explicit sexual acts, visible genitalia, sexualized nudity, fetish content, or other NSFW material intended for sexual gratification;
- non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized deepfakes of a real person;
- any sexualized content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, or suggestive variants of such material; or
- encoded images, euphemisms, fragmented prompts, or repeated variants intended to evade moderation and produce prohibited sexual content.
The prohibition involving minors is absolute, including fictional, animated, synthetic, or allegedly consensual material.
Other Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use the service to:
- break the law or facilitate crime, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, weapon misuse, or dangerous conduct;
- create hate, harassment, bullying, threats, extremist propaganda, or demeaning content targeting a protected group;
- encourage self-harm, suicide, severe violence, graphic abuse, or real-world injury;
- impersonate another person, forge identity documents or evidence, create deceptive political material, or deceptively manipulate images of real people;
- process another person's intimate, medical, financial, biometric, facial, or other personal data without the necessary authority or consent;
- infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, trade-secret, or other third-party rights;
- bypass CAPTCHA, anonymous quotas, credits, rate limits, content moderation, payment controls, or access restrictions;
- automate abuse, mass-register accounts, share or steal accounts, submit fraudulent refunds or chargebacks, attack the service, or probe non-public systems; or
- present generated output as a professionally certified medical, legal, financial, or identity-verification conclusion.
You Are Responsible for Your Content
You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload and process an image. You are responsible for deciding whether an output can be used lawfully, whether AI generation or editing must be disclosed, and whether it infringes anyone's rights. A model's output does not grant you rights in any person, brand, work, or data depicted in it.
Safety Checks
We may automatically check prompts, input images, and edited results and may send them to configured third-party moderation providers. Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot detect every violation. Passing a check does not mean that content is lawful, compliant, or endorsed by us.
If a result is blocked by a safety check, the system normally returns the site credits charged for that task. It does not create a cash-refund right or prevent us from acting on repeated or serious violations.
Enforcement
We may reject requests, hide or remove site records, restrict anonymous usage, suspend or close accounts, revoke access, preserve necessary evidence, or report matters when required by law or in an urgent safety situation. We may act without advance notice for serious violations.
Attempts to evade moderation, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible violent threats, and repeated fraud are treated as serious violations.
Appeals and Reports
If you believe a request was blocked in error, or you discover misuse of the service, provide the task ID, time, and necessary context. Do not re-upload illegal or explicit content in a support ticket.
Official in-app support: Submit or view a ticket (sign-in required).

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as risks, provider rules, and legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means that you accept the effective version.
