Official Support Channels

The channels currently configured and available for this deployment are shown below. In-app tickets require sign-in, and replies and progress remain available under Settings → Support Tickets. If a support email appears, you can also write from your account email when you cannot sign in.

Only an email actually displayed on this page, an in-app ticket, or a Crisp or Tawk.to chat window currently visible on the site is an official support channel. Do not give payment or account information to unknown accounts in social-media messages.

What to Include

• your account email and the approximate time of the issue;
• a task ID, order number, or subscription number;
• the model, resolution, browser, and reproducible steps; and
• necessary screenshots, without passwords, verification codes, API keys, full card numbers, or identity documents.

Payments and Refunds

Read the Refund Policy, then submit the relevant order information through an official support channel. We will acknowledge the request or ask for missing information within 3 business days. A complex case may take longer to resolve.

You can cancel a subscription under Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment.

Safety and Abuse Reports

When reporting NSFW content, non-consensual intimate imagery, child-safety concerns, fraud, or account theft, describe the issue and provide a task ID or link. Do not re-upload illegal or explicit material in a ticket. Contact local emergency services for an immediate threat to someone's safety.

Support Scope

Support can investigate account, credit, task, order, and subscription status. It cannot guarantee recovery of results already removed by a third-party provider and does not provide legal, medical, or financial professional advice.
